Your Long Term Goal Plans are made up of multiple Increments of training, and the aim of the training in each of these increments can range anywhere from a Cut to a Bulk to simply increasing muscular definition.
Your Long Term Goal Plan can range anywhere from a few months up to a year or even further!!
Your Long Term Goal Plans can be applied for both Online Coaching and Personal Training.
Increments are made up of a 4-week period of time. You are charged per Increment in accordance to your chosen package. The use of increments allows us to monitor your progress and prescribe your workouts more effectively.
All you have to do is contact myself using the link below and we will go through a quick consultation where we will speak about your goals and when you would like to achieve them for. We will also check to ensure that they are possible and can be achieved in a safe and healthy manor.
I will then create a couple of different Long Term Goal Plans for you with different methods of training and intensities, which we will go through together and a PDF copy will be emailed to you with the method that you have chosen to undertake highlighted.
