This package includes a 4-week custom tailored workout and nutrition advice plan for you, as well as access to the My PT Hub app which allows us to monitor your nutritional intake as well as administer the exercises for you, as well as giving you examples of the exercises to ensure that your form is perfect. Also includes in this package is a fortnightly catch up via a phone call or video call, as well as you having my contact details for any questions that you may have throughout the plan.

All packages are 1 increment long (an increment is 4-weeks) and consist of 45 minute sessions. Your Direct Debit payment will be taken at the beginning of each increment, this will occur up until I receive notice that you will not be continuing your training.
