I'm Ben Clark. I am a student at the University Of Derby studying a Bachelors of Science in Strength, Conditioning, and Rehabilitation. I am from Chesterfield, Derbyshire and currently work as a Personal Trainer for The Gym Group.
I've been involved in sport for years, and it's needless to say that fitness is still a large part of my life. But I also believe that a massive part of life is being able to enjoy it, which is why I ensure all of my plans are enjoyable for the client as well as not being too restricting in their day-to-day life so that they can still enjoy their days off.
I personally have had a wide range of experience with other personal trainers before I undertook my qualification. I saw what they did well, and what they could improve on, which has allowed me to learn from them. I will be the first to admit that I have had a negative experience with a personal trainer before. Due to this, I have undertaken research in order to ensure that all of my plans, and advice, that I give to clients is safe and healthy.
